First Agreement for MYR25,000 was valid and enforceable and judgment granted for balance MYR10,000 to be reissued; Second Agreement was procured by coercion, constituted a prohibited contingency fee under s112 LPA, and contained unreasonable terms so it is void under Contracts Act and LPA s118(3), therefore plaintiff's claim under the Second Agreement dismissed and costs awarded to defendant.
