The invoices together with the signed audit confirmation established a prima facie debt; the Defendant produced no contemporaneous documentary evidence or particulars to show dispute on quantity or prompt complaints on quality and relied on undated photographs which were insufficient; therefore the Defendant failed to raise any triable defence and summary judgment was properly entered for the Plaintiff.
