Court upheld convictions and concurrent four-year sentences for First, Second and Fourth Appellants because PW4's testimony and corroborating circumstances proved corrupt solicitation of RM7,000 and corrupt obtaining of RM1,600, the statutory presumption under s.50 arose and was not rebutted by affirmative evidence, and section 34 liability was established by active participation; Third Appellant's convictions were quashed because prosecution produced no evidence of any act, statement or participation by him to satisfy the participation element required by s.34.
