On the balance of probabilities the Plaintiff proved provision of services and entitlement to recover unpaid invoices (RM30,921) based on invoices and a longstanding course of dealings; the Defendant failed to prove that charges were excessive or that negligence caused loss, and failed to prove quantum of damages for the counterclaim; accordingly Plaintiff's claim allowed and Defendant's counterclaim dismissed.
