The ex parte order dated 22 September 2020 was set aside because the plaintiffs failed to make full and frank disclosure of material facts (notably prior knowledge and facilitation of label procurement) and had unreasonably delayed enforcement; the inter partes application for injunctive reliefs was dismissed because the balance of convenience favoured refusal given plaintiffs' delay and conduct, damages were an adequate remedy and a mandatory injunction was not justified.
