The High Court affirmed the Sessions Court's finding that the 1st and 2nd Respondents' version was the most inherently probable based on witness evidence, vehicle damage, photographs and the sketch plan; there was no fundamental misdirection by the trial judge and therefore the appellate court will not disturb the factual findings; appeal dismissed.
