Prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that the accused dishonestly kept RM23,450 (count 1) because bank evidence showed counter withdrawal by the account owner on the same day as deposit, establishing knowledge and overt acts to cause wrongful loss; however for RM36,000 (count 2) reasonable doubt existed because online withdrawals could have been effected by the husband who controlled the ATM card and TAC number, so dishonest intent by the accused was not proved for count 2.
