Because LVC exercised sufficient control (behavioural, financial and relational) over the lorry drivers and the drivers' work was integrated into LVC's business, the drivers were employees under s.2(5) of Act 4 and LVC was obligated to register them and make SOCSO contributions; the appellate decision affirming SOCSO's direction was correct and the appeal is dismissed.
