The High Court held that the applicant, as an architectural consultancy, is entitled to prepare and submit plans and documents for planning permission under Architects Act 1967 s8(2)(b) read with TCPA 1976 s21C; the OSC condition limiting submissions to registered town planners is unlawful to the extent applied and the court granted limited declarations accordingly.
