The 1880 Convention unequivocally shows Raja Daud renounced all claims to Lukut including Sungai Raya in consideration of bonds totalling $10,000; therefore descendants of Raja Daud have no legitimate proprietary claim to Sungai Raya and the originating summons must be dismissed.
