On the balance of probabilities the court found that negotiations via WhatsApp and subsequent conduct established a contract and that services were supplied; documentary evidence and communications showed the defendant acknowledged and recorded an amended invoice of RM33,850 which remained outstanding, therefore plaintiff proved entitlement to RM33,850 plus interest and costs.
