The Magistrate's Prohibition Order was lawful and supported by uncontested affidavit evidence, and regs 9 and 10 of the COVID-19 Regulations are intra vires the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act and not unconstitutional; applicants failed to rebut material facts and the rights claimed are subject to lawful restrictions, therefore the judicial review is dismissed.
