The Bond constituted a valid and enforceable contract under the Contracts Act 1950, it did not unlawfully restrict the Defendant's Article 10 rights, the Defendant authentically signed and consented to the Bond, the RM10,000,000 was not unconscionable given its deterrent purpose and the Defendant breached the Bond entitling the Plaintiff to RM10,000,000 plus costs of RM50,000.
