The magistrate correctly applied section 29(8) Akta 728, was sufficiently satisfied on the evidence that an offence under section 11(1) (importation without permit) occurred and that the 139 goats were the subject matter of that offence; inconsistencies in witness accounts were immaterial to establishing importation and the exhibits were admissible for the inquiry, therefore the forfeiture order was lawful and must be upheld.
