Evidence established that Getha acted only as intermediary and all deposits were transmitted to Redwood (and then Handskar); Redwood's breach caused the loss and the outstanding RM2,629,250 is owed by Redwood, not the Defendants; Plaintiff acknowledged sums were due from Redwood, therefore Plaintiff's claims against both Defendants fail and must be dismissed.
