Court held that the dispute over TNS membership is amenable to mediation under the dispute resolution clauses of TM's Constitution read with OCM's Constitution and statutory regime; TM's failure to communicate its Council decision and procedural lapses breached natural justice; the 1st Defendant's EGM of 17.11.2024 was unconstitutional; accordingly the court ordered OCM (via 2nd and 3rd Defendants) to mediate through an independent KLRCA/AIAC appointed mediator and awarded costs to the Plaintiff.
