Where a development contains parcels used for significantly different purposes the developer during the preliminary management period and the management corporation after takeover are entitled to determine different chargeable rates provided the expenses are demarcated to the relevant parcel groups, calculated in proportion to their allocated share units, and the sums are just and reasonable; High Court decision to the contrary set aside.
