Rubber trees on KRBT are fixtures forming part of the land under s 5 National Land Code 1965 and thus belong to the State (defendant 2); plaintiffs, lacking individual proprietary title to the land, cannot claim ownership of the trees; consequently the writs and pleaded relief asserting such proprietary rights are unsustainable and interlocutory relief based on those claims fails.
