The court accepted specific comparables and applied quantified adjustments: for Lot 620 the court set an adjusted market value of RM730 per smp after a 20% time adjustment and other adjustments and awarded RM95,776 for injurious affection to the affected remainder; for Lot 700 the court adopted Lot 2525 as the proper comparable, applied a +40% time adjustment and net -15% other adjustments to arrive at RM235,340 per hectare and held there was no injurious affection. Other additional claims were dismissed and costs fixed at RM8,000 per case.
