High Court held insurer had validly assumed risk for the holding over period by conduct and broker instruction, the premium warranty clause was enforceable to entitle pro rata premium, and even if section 84 FSA 2013 was contravened this did not render the contract void because section 270 FSA 2013 prevents a contract being void solely for such contravention; consequently the Session Court judgment ordering payment of the pro rata premium was upheld.
