On maximum evaluation the prosecution proved control and custody of the car and drugs by the accused, chemical analysis established identity and weight of methamphetamine, the statutory presumption under s37(d) DDA applied and was not rebutted on balance of probabilities, s114(g) adverse inference was inapplicable, and therefore the accused was guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
