The Court found on review of the CRT recording, the written record and submissions that the appellant communicated understanding (by voice and gesture) through the interpreter, was represented by counsel who raised no contemporaneous objection, and there was no evidence of concoction or impropriety; coupled with the inordinate delay and failure to appeal, the High Court properly declined revision; therefore the appeal is dismissed and the Sessions Court conviction and sentences are affirmed.
