Prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case because of material inconsistencies as to where and how exhibits were found, absence of markings/tandaan on critical exhibits, inability to identify who seized key items, failure to investigate vehicle ownership and access, gaps in chain of custody and incomplete investigation by the investigating officer; consequently elements of possession and knowledge were not proved beyond reasonable doubt.
