High Court refused judicial review because Industrial Court did not commit reviewable error: evidence of direct dismissal was led without objection; Industrial Court's factual findings on credibility and objectivity of PIP and warnings were supported by evidence; employer failed to prove poor performance on balance of probabilities; dismissal was disproportionate; therefore award of backwages and compensation under IRA was lawful and reasonable.
