The Court held that none of the interlocutory orders (Consent Judgment, Status Quo Order, OS 464 or the earlier High Court order in Enclosure 71) lawfully precluded payment of the appellant's salary arrears, bonus, EPF contributions or the declared dividends; the Board and shareholder resolutions approving the salary increases and interim dividends remained valid (Appeal 805 outcome) and the High Court's dismissal of those claims was set aside; the RM100,000 loan claim failed for want of evidence.
