Court held s34 Pawnbrokers Act 1972 is the applicable special provision to be read with s407(2) CPC for recovery of pawned stolen articles; applicant established ownership and entitlement to recovery; however recovery is subject to payment of the pawn redemption sums and interest to the pawnbrokers from date of pawning until police recovery and further interest from judgment until full payment; pawnbroker was not found to have breached s29(1) because no clear reasonable suspicion existed at time of transactions.
