The Court dismissed the appeal because the challenge related to the amount of compensation, which is final under s40D(3) LAA; the High Court had complied with s40C by considering and recording the assessors' written opinions, correctly rejected unsuitable comparables, applied appropriate adjustments and depreciation and there were no questions of law warranting appellate intervention; therefore the High Court order of 10.7.2018 was affirmed.
