The application to intervene was dismissed because the proposed interveners were not directly affected by the reinstatement order and thus had no automatic right to intervene after proceedings had ended; there was no breach of natural justice requiring intervention; allegations of concealment/fraud could not be resolved on affidavit and require a fresh suit and trial with fresh evidence; further, the proposed interveners were guilty of inordinate delay and laches. Consequently the application to set aside the Order dated 28.6.2018 was dismissed and costs were awarded.
