On the evidence including independent corroboration, the applicant uttered the offending words which objectively had a seditious tendency under s.3 Sedition Act 1948; the employer conducted proper investigation and domestic inquiry and had reasonable grounds to dismiss; the Industrial Court's award was justified; therefore the judicial review application fails and is dismissed with costs.
