Because LADA was named in the Gazette (Form D), was served with Form E and Form H, representatives attended the inquiry, and LADA filed Form N, it satisfied the statutory criteria to be a "person interested" under s37 LAA 1960 and is therefore entitled to object to the award; the paymaster status alone can confer standing where those factual prerequisites are met, following Federal Court authority.
