Plaintiffs failed to prove any ground under section 37 to set aside the arbitration award: the defendant was the registered proprietor at the time of the 2017 arbitration (defeating the plaintiffs' locus standi claim), the alleged post‑2017 transfer was irrelevant to the award, and the plaintiffs did not prove irregularity, incapacity, invalid arbitration agreement or that the award dealt with matters beyond the submission. Consequently the originating summons to set aside the award was dismissed and the award upheld.
