Corporate applicant (paymaster) was not a "person interested" under s 37(1) LAA for the scheduled land and therefore had no entitlement to file the land reference; the High Court had power under s 45(2) LAA read with O 34 rr 1(1) and 6(1) RC to conduct case management and to strike out the reference for non-attendance of the applicant's advocate; the appropriate initial remedy is an application under O 34 r 6(2) to set aside the order rather than immediate appeal, and pursuing both remedies is an abuse of process.
