The High Court set aside the Sessions Court's discharge and acquitted order and entered a conviction because the prosecution established identity and integrity of urine samples, forensic tests confirmed methamphetamine, statutory presumption under s37(k) applied and was not rebutted on the balance of probabilities, the defence's recall of PW1 indicated acceptance of his evidence and the defence failed to raise a reasonable doubt sufficient to overturn the presumption.
