The court held the Plaintiffs used the wrong mode of proceedings: the validity of the 29.06.2018 Letter granting EoT is an administrative matter that must be challenged by judicial review and by joining the relevant public authorities; absent quashing, the EoT and the amended SPA clauses remain valid; proceeding by writ in these circumstances constituted abuse of process and the claims were dismissed.
