Applicants failed to show sufficient cause to remove the court‑appointed liquidator; evidence established the liquidator complied with statutory duties and was impeded by prior injunctions and COVID restrictions; however the court found the proposed 2% administrative fee plus vetting charge for transfer of 1476 strata titles was excessive and arbitrary and substituted a fair and reasonable flat fee of RM1,000 per transfer; prayers for removal dismissed and the fee reduction granted; no order as to costs.
