The Sessions Court did not act beyond its jurisdiction in ordering surrender of the applicant's international passport as a bail condition in a non-bailable offence; that condition is a lawful, reasonable exercise of judicial discretion to prevent flight risk and the High Court should not disturb the decision absent a substantial miscarriage of justice.
