The High Court set aside the striking out applications because the applicants had complied with the Discovery Order to the extent of documents in their custody, there was no evidence to support the 6th Respondent's allegation that Messrs Douglas Yee lacked authority, and the Court was bound by the Court of Appeal's remittal order which made striking out on the asserted grounds inappropriate, hence the strike out applications were dismissed and costs awarded to applicants.
