Based on proved facts and credible evidence (forensic autopsy attributing death to upper GI bleeding from duodenal ulcer with perforation, pathologists' time‑of‑death estimate, extensive search and investigative records, lack of forensic or other evidence demonstrating third‑party criminal involvement), the Coroner found on the balance of probabilities that the deceased left the Sora House and became lost and died by misadventure; there was insufficient proved evidence to support homicide or suicide and an open verdict was unnecessary.
