The applicant failed to prove a real danger of bias: the judge's rulings to admit the defendant's bundle and to refuse belated plaintiff documents were lawful exercises of judicial discretion made after hearing both sides; the plaintiff failed to produce the alleged altered court notes or any evidence of extraneous influence; the High Court's prior dismissal of the related judicial review corroborates proper exercise of discretion; accordingly recusal is unwarranted and the application is dismissed.
