No error was shown in the sentencing exercise by the trial and high courts; the sentence of 15 years imprisonment from date of arrest and 4 strokes was not manifestly excessive given the gravity of a sexual assault committed in custody, the forensic evidence and aggravating circumstances; therefore the appellate court will not interfere and the sentence is affirmed.
