Proof that the accused selected, provided and sealed the urine sample, the sample tested positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine by a government analyst and procedural compliance under s.31A was satisfied invoked the mandatory rebuttable presumption under s.37(k); the accused failed to rebut that presumption on the balance of probabilities, therefore conviction under s.15(1)(a) Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is proper.
