The application to enforce the Syariah High Court order (Lampiran 74) was dismissed because, notwithstanding that the term "Court" in the National Land Code includes Syariah courts for certain purposes, the Syariah court lacks jurisdiction to make orders that would cancel registered transactions or displace indefeasible registered title affecting bona fide purchasers; such matters fall within the civil High Court's domain and cannot be enforced by the land registry without civil adjudication.
