Dr Murray's assessment complied with the statutory assessment tool (AMA4 and ACC User Handbook), his calculations and application of tables were correct and were endorsed by an accredited peer reviewer; the appellant's alternative non-accredited calculation did not apply the prescribed tool and carries no weight; there was no demonstrable flaw on the balance of probabilities, therefore the Corporation's decision to decline a lump sum was upheld.
