Peer review demonstrated the assessor had both misapplied the AMA4 methodology and made calculation errors; the assessor corrected those errors resulting in an 8% whole-person impairment which complied with the AMA4 Guides and regulations; the appellant produced no credible expert evidence to rebut the corrected assessment, therefore the 8% assessment stands and the appeal fails.
