Entitlement to interest under s114 accrues only from the point the Corporation is in possession of all information necessary to calculate and make the payment; where the final required information was provided on 20 February 2004, the Corporation was not liable for interest from earlier dates and the appellant is not entitled to interest on back-dated weekly compensation from 7 January 2002.
