Under s 21 Administration Act the court found it was expedient to remove the executrices due to threats and obstructive conduct by the beneficiary and to appoint an experienced practitioner, Stephen Peter Lunn, as sole executor because that appointment was suitable, practical and efficient for administering the estate.
