Given the delays and difficulties in obtaining relevant discovery, the Court directed that an appropriate witness from the plaintiff (proposed Mr Steele, in‑house counsel) must give sworn evidence after ensuring full enquiry and confirming that full discovery has been made, and confirmed that documents showing the book values and potential replacement helicopter information are subject to discovery and must be produced.
