The Court found the medical evidence overwhelmingly favoured the appellant and established an unbroken causal link between the 1989 injury and the appellant's ongoing symptoms; although degenerative ageing contributes, the condition is not caused wholly by ageing under s.29(4), therefore the Corporation's termination of cover was incorrect and must be reversed.
