Because the prior judgment cancelled the transfer and ordered the property to be vested in the Official Assignee under s 207(1)(a), and Elite has not opposed or cooperated, the Court will make ancillary orders necessary to effect the transfer, including sealing the order in the drafted form which directs the Registrar to sign Authority and Instruction forms and documents for LINZ registration; costs reserved.
