The Supreme Court held there was no arguable ground to interfere with the Court of Appeal's principled exercise of discretion to strike out most of the appeal because the debarment order was properly based on continued deliberate breaches of the injunction and contempt; prior unsuccessful appeals and findings precluded re-litigation; accordingly leave to appeal was dismissed.
